What is included in my Office? 
A tailored package to suit your specific business needs. Including modern office furniture, telecommunications, internet, reception, meeting room hire, support staff, business equipment, informal cafe, outgoings, utilities and office cleaning.  

How many offices are available for lease?
46 architecturally designed serviced offices and suites; varying in size and configuration, comfortably accommodating from 1 to 15 people. Click here to view our virtual tour. 

What are your lease terms?
Leases can be arranged to suit your needs; either on a monthly, six or twelve month basis with the option to extend your agreement at the end of the lease term.

How long does it take to establish a service with Melbourne Business Centre?
Depending on your specific business requirements, you can occupy an office within 24 hours

How are my telephone calls handled and how do I receive my messages?
Your calls are professionally answered in your company name. Calls can be placed directly to your mobile phone or anywhere in the world. Detailed messages are relayed by e-mail, voicemail, or SMS. After hours diversions can also be arranged.

What technology and equipment has been implemented?
With rapidly developing technologies; IT services can become complex and difficult to understand.  Melbourne Business Centre has implemented state-of-the-art technology and office equipment to save you time and costly expenses. Click here to view our list or services.

Do you have meeting, training and conference facilities?
Yes. Our many Meeting Rooms ranging in size can host; meetings, training, workshops, project teams, interviewing and conferencing. Click here to read more on our training rooms. Do you provide support services?

Yes. We offer a comprehensive range of administration, secretarial, reception and IT support services on a daily basis. Support Services on demand and as you need them.
 
What access and security is available in the building?
24 hour access, 365 days per year via card entry access. Security personnel patrol the building and floors nightly; as well as video surveillance cameras located at all building exits and lift lobby areas.
 
Are there car parking facilities nearby?
There is permanent car parking within the building at 440 Collins Street or alternatively Wilson Parking and Secure Parking operate multiple facilities and are adjacent to 440 Collins Street and along Flinders Lane. Car parks can be secured on a permanent basis or early bird and casual parking are also available.  We can assist you with securing a car park or you can correspond directly with Wilson Parking and Secure Parking.  

Is public transport accessible from your area?
Nearby train stations are Flinders, Spencer and Flagstaff.  Tram services at your doorstep operate throughout Melbourne's CBD and St Kilda Road. Major bus routes operate along Queen Street. Taxi ranks are located directly opposite our building and service the area at all times. Visit the Metlink site for more information.
